Useful Tips:

Summer Essentials

In the summer months, the sun is especially strong (even on cloudy days) so we recommend that you wear a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen to protect yourself. Also, be sure to drink enough water throughout the day to stay hydrated.

Comfortable Clothes & Shoes

We recommend that you wear comfortable clothing and good walking shoes since certain areas may have uneven or rocky ground.

Beach Accessories

Take your swimsuits, beach towels, light sandals, and any other accessories that you might find necessary at the beach.

Bring Your Camera

Photography is permitted in most historical sites unless otherwise mentioned.

Local currency

We recommend you always keep local currency on you (euro) as many local merchants do not accept cards as payment.

Accessibility & Special Needs

Should anyone in your group have special needs or have advanced accessibility requirements, please specify upon booking and we will make sure to accommodate your needs and customize your tour accordingly.

Children

Please inform us in advance if a child seat will be required for your excursion by including the age and weight of the child.

Advance Booking

Please book online at least 24 hours in advance. All prices of suv tours are per group of 1 to 4 persons in our comfortable vehicle . In order to book for a group of 5 or more people please email us for availabilty, price and type of vehicle offered

Once you complete your booking you will receive an email with more details about the tour, your assigned driver's profile, and any more information you need to know regarding this experience. Feel free to reach out to us by email, sms, fb, or phone  for any specific questions regarding the experience. Please allow for a maximum 24 hour time frame for a response to your queries

Can I customize the tour based on my needs?

Of course, that is one of the main benefits of having a ZanteXlusive experience. You can customize every last bit of the experience, from points of the visit to time spent per landmark to adding in an extra food stop.

Will there be an official tour guide?

An official tour guide is not included because the overall experience is centered around the driver and the local’s perspective. Although the drivers are very knowledgeable regarding the points of visit, at no point can they be compared with a licensed tour guide who can give more in-depth information regarding historical facts and information.

 
Do I need to be in a good physical shape?

The drivers are trained to adapt the experience depending on the type of participants. Whether you have kids or elders participating, the drivers know exactly how to handle special requests and provide an enjoyable experience accordingly.

Cancellation Request Policy

You have the right to cancel a tour already booked through us, at any time by contacting us either by phone call at the phone number provided in the confirmation email or in the website or email sent to info@zantexclusive.gr

If a cancellation request is received by us up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled pick up time, we will fully refund you in total.

If a cancellation request is received between 48 hours and 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick up time, we will charge You a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total fee and refund You with the remaining amount paid, as soon as reasonably possible.

If a cancellation request is received by us within less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick up time, We will not refund You as this is a last minute and non refundable cancellation.
